Child safety
Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
These are the published child safety standards for the LockIn mobile app (also referred to as Lock In). LockIn has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
1. Zero-tolerance policy
LockIn is a fitness community and social app for adults. We strictly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on LockIn, including any attempt to create, share, request, possess, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
This standard applies to profiles, photos, chats, events, reviews, trainer listings, and any other content or behavior on LockIn. We will remove violating content, disable accounts, and report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities.
2. Prohibited conduct
The following is banned on LockIn:
- Any sexual content, imagery, or description involving a minor
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), whether real, generated, or fictional
- Grooming, solicitation, or sexual conversation directed at a child
- Asking for, offering, or sharing sexual content of anyone under 18
- Accounts, profiles, or events that sexualize minors
- Using LockIn to contact, meet, or exploit a child
- Any other child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
Users who violate these standards may be banned immediately and reported to law enforcement or a child-protection authority where required.
3. Age requirement
LockIn is for people 18 years of age or older. The app includes social, matching, chat, and dating-adjacent features and is not directed to children.
If you believe someone under 18 has created a LockIn account, report it in the app or email support@lockinmovement.com. We will remove underage accounts.
4. How to report
LockIn provides an in-app reporting mechanism. Users can report another user, message, event, review, or conversation from inside the app, and can block another user when submitting a report.
You can also email child-safety concerns to support@lockinmovement.com with the subject line “Child safety / CSAE”. Include the profile, username, or any details that help us find the content.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
5. How we address CSAM
When LockIn obtains actual knowledge of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other CSAE on our platform, we take appropriate action, including:
- Removing the content as quickly as possible
- Disabling or permanently banning the responsible account
- Preserving records needed for a legal or safety investigation
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority
- Cooperating with lawful requests from law enforcement
6. Legal compliance
LockIn complies with applicable child-safety laws and reporting obligations. We maintain a process to report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the appropriate authority in the region where we operate.
These standards are published so anyone, including Google Play reviewers and the public, can see LockIn’s policy against CSAE.
7. Child safety point of contact
LockIn’s designated child-safety contact for CSAE reports and for notifications from Google Play is:
LockIn Child Safety
Email:
support@lockinmovement.com
This contact can speak to LockIn’s review and enforcement process and take action on reported CSAE content.
8. Changes
We may update these CSAE standards from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. The current version is always available at this URL.
